Refund policy

Every pre-owned item at Lux Avenue is thoroughly inspected before being put up for sale. Because pre-owned luxury goods are unique, all sales are final and refunds are not available.

Only the following circumstances will be taken into consideration for exchanges:

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Lux Avenue reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Please note that South African consumer law may still provide rights in cases where goods are defective, unsafe, or materially different from their description. �

No refunds will be issued for change of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preference, or buyer's remorse.
Refunds are not available on any pre-owned items unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
